a freshness to the event that set it apart” and provided him “a
rare opportunity to interact with a wide cross section of business people.” Arthur Donovan of C.F. Donovan’s said if he had to identify one thing he took away from the talk it was “the important of hiring people with passion.” This year’s event was held at Water’s Edge at the Bayside
Expo Center. The over 220 people in attendance also marked the highest
attendance of in the history of the event. Merritt admitted topping this
year’s success would be a challenge, but he said,
